We like plain talking at Zygabyte computers and as such will advise our customers on the best course of action when it comes to upgrading any aspect of their computer system.

The best ideal way in accessing systems for upgrade is to bring in the computer system, to our shop, so that we may assess the viability in upgrading the unit. If we feel the most cost effective way is to replace a system with a new unit then we will tell our customer of our assessment and avoid any drawn out saga with any dead end computer upgrade.

As always we will keep the customer informed at all levels of the upgrade and explain the reasoning behind any unforeseen changes to a planned upgrade. Please be assured that if there is an upgrade path available we will not pressurize our customers into purchasing any new unit.
